When we decided to sell our products with EKM it seemed like the right decision to use the e-trackit stock system for the integration. We has seen real benefits from using the system. We get up to the minute stock levels as we sell either in store or online. The support desk guys are really good to deal with and are there for us when we need them.
Really like the way e-trackit works, particularly when we take telephone orders, we can put them directly onto the website and the stock is quickly refreshed through the e-trackit system.
We chose the e-trackit system because it integrated with EKM and we already had experience of the e-trackit stock system whilst working at a previous Company.
